New Camps Bay Hotel Update

In 2023 plans for a new 100+ room hotel along the Camps Bay Beachfront were disputed by the CBCRA (Camps Bay and Clifton Ratepayers Association). The plans submitted and approved are not within the legal building restrictions of Camps Bay. The issue being the height of the hotel going to 15m, when the legal height for the area is 10m. While building continues at a slow pace, the City approved plans are still being disputed by CBCRA.
